- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When you call and talk to a employee they aren't very nice to you because we as customers have the right to be upset. The employee defended their boss but in my opinion they aren't a good place to get your taxes done. They messed up on my return a few times now and i'm sure i'll be hearing from them for my post. But I have the right to say how I feel. I would recommend really looking into a different aspect before going to liberty, the choice ofcourse is yours.By Not a happy customer, November 24, 2016
